Of course, it is no problem if you want to exchange or return your order. A return form with all information on how to proceed, as well as a return label for a free return shipment is always included with your order.
If you need a new return label, you can use the form below to request a new label. Simply fill in the fields and click on "Send". We will process your request as soon as possible and send you the label as a PDF via e-mail.

No matter if you want to return or exchange your order: You can send it back to us within 14 days.
Requirement for the acceptance of your return is the perfect condition of the products, as well as the original packaging. Please note that our original packaging is not a shipping packaging. Please also enclose your completed return form, so that we have all information needed to process your return. If you no longer have this form, you can also enclose a copy of the invoice or your order confirmation.
Please note that we cannot accept freight collect shipments.
After we have received your return, it will be checked and processed as soon as possible. If you have an exchange, we will send you your new product immediately. In case of a return, the refund will be made according to your original payment method.
