Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Kimex GmbH, Sonnenallee 1, 31636 Linsburg, Germany, operating under TOPREITER. The online shop topreiter.shop serves as the platform for this promotion.

Duration

The giveaway runs for a period of three months. After the end of this period, the winner will be drawn. The organizer may extend the duration at any time; in such case, the extension will be announced on topreiter.shop. Adjustments in the handling of the giveaway remain reserved.

Eligibility

• Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 or older with residence in the European Union, Iceland, Principality of Liechtenstein, Norway, or Switzerland.
• Each person may participate only once. Previous winners are excluded.
• By submitting the registration, participants agree to these terms.

Participation

Participation is free of charge. A valid registration for the organizer’s newsletter is required.
All participants who meet the conditions and are registered at the time of the draw will be included.
The winners will be selected at random and notified by e-mail within three business days.
The prize must be accepted within two days of the notification. If no confirmation is received or contact cannot be established, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be drawn.
Incorrect or incomplete contact details are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Prize

Product / Voucher XXXXXX  for the organizer’s online shop will be awarded.
The voucher code will be sent by e-mail. Cash payment, transfer, or exchange of the voucher is excluded.
Any applicable taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Exclusion from Participation

Participants may be excluded if they provide false information, breach these terms, or attempt to manipulate the giveaway technically or otherwise.
Employees of the organizer, affiliated companies, or service providers involved in the setup are not eligible to participate.

Modification or Termination

The organizer reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate the giveaway at any time if proper execution can no longer be ensured.

Data Protection

The personal data collected during participation will be used solely for the execution and handling of the giveaway. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on topreiter.shop.
Data will be deleted once the giveaway is completed and statutory retention periods have expired.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
Legal recourse is excluded.
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules at the participant’s place of residence remain unaffected.
