'RUBBER' Bit

Effect: The rubber bit is made from soft, durable rubber with an inner stainless steel reinforcement. Due to the rubber’s eraser-like effect, it is important that the horse chews and produces saliva adequately while wearing this bit. If saliva production is insufficiently stimulated, a rubber bit can become uncomfortable for the horse.

Note: Unlike a bit made from pure metal, there is a risk that a rubber bit can be bitten through if it is not properly fitted and comes into contact with the horse's teeth. For this reason, we do not provide a guarantee for this.
